Matrix New World Engineering (Matrix) is part of a multidisciplinary consulting team developing the ‘Financial District and Seaport Climate Resilience Master Plan’ for the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEC). The previous Lower Manhattan Climate Resilience Study found that on-land strategies are not suitable for this section of coastline. The Master Plan will determine the design and implementation plan for a potential shoreline extension.
